Constructed with five layers of high-density foam covered with soft vinyl that absorbs shock and disperses impact. This guard has a wide top and narrow bottom to provide an ergonomic fit that shields your shins and feet from the impact of a landed kick and shields your lower legs and tops of the feet in contoured padding to absorb and dissipate blows. Includes a thick insert around the ankle for additional coverage. Approved by the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF).
