Shipping Information:

Most orders process and ship within 3-7 business days, but many ship quicker. Most orders are shipped either USPS, UPS, or Fed-ex home depending on the product which can take anywhere from 2-7 days for delivery. If you have a deadline approaching for an upcoming event please check with us prior to your order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We will gladly refund any item with in 30 days of purchase if defective or if we made an error. If the item is a mistake or is defective you will be issued a refund up to $7.95 for return shipping. If the item is especially heavy please contact us for further instructions or to obtain a return label.

We will only accept returns for all other reasons on a case by case basis.

When and if we accept a return (a return is defined as anything sent back to us. This includes items for exchanges.) for any reason other than an error on our part, such as wrong size ordered, product not as expected, or any other reason will then issue a refund less a 20% restocking fee, and less actual shipping cost. No exceptions !

If making an exchange you must repurchase the item as a new order. A refund will be issued for the returned item.

If return is not received with in 30 days of date purchased refund will be issued as a store credit. We no longer have access to credit card information after 30 days.

You must contact us prior to making a return to obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Returns will be shipped back to us at the address listed above unless otherwise specified by representative when sending RMA #.

If you have specific size question please don't hesitate to ask prior to purchase. If you are still unsure please consult your instructor. We are not responsible for sizing as everyone is shaped different and expects a different fit.
