Most orders process and ship within 3-7 business days , but many ship quicker. This does not mean your order will arrive in 3-7 business days, only that it will ship within that time frame. Orders are shipped either USPS, UPS, or Fed-ex home depending on the product and warehouse location which can take anywhere from 2-7 days for delivery once shipped. If you have a deadline approaching for an upcoming event please check with us prior to your order.
Refund,Returns and Cancellation Policies:
As of 5/9/2013 Returns are no longer accepted for size, color, not ordering what your school requires, etc.... It has become to large of an issue to manage. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you have specific size question please don't hesitate to ask prior to purchase. If you are still unsure please consult your instructor. We are not responsible for sizing as everyone is shaped different and expects a different fit.
Please also check with your instructor before ordering to make sure there are no color restrictions on uniforms or sparring gear. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they order correctly.
If you refuse a shipment any refund will be as a store credit only less a 25% restocking fee and less our actual cost to ship the item to you.
We will gladly refund any item that was defective or an error by us was made with in 30 days of purchase if defective or if we made an error. Any returns after 30 days will not be accepted for any reason.
If an item is shipped incorrectly by us or is defective you will be issued a refund and up to $7.95 for return shipping. If the item is especially heavy please contact us for further instructions or to obtain a return label.
You must contact us prior to making a return to obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Returns will be shipped back to us at the address listed above unless otherwise specified by representative when sending RMA #.
We will only accept returns for all other reasons on a case by case basis, and will only issue store credit. All item must be returned in the original packaging and in new condition. We cannot accept returns that are missing the wrappers, boxes, or have clearly been used. There are NO EXCEPTIONS on this policy.
When and if we accept a return (a return is defined as anything sent back to us. This includes items for exchanges.) for any reason other than an error on our part, such as wrong size ordered, product not as expected, or any other reason will then issue a store credit code less a 20% restocking fee, and less actual shipping cost. No exceptions!
We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.
Any order cancellation because you decided you did not want, or did not want to wait the specified times will be subject to a 10% fee.
